...no cargo...Posted by Roman (Thunder Bay, Canada) on 24 April 2009 in Business & Industry and Portfolio. There's no denying it, recession hit hard, especially places relying on natural resources. Thunder Bay is (or should I say was) one of the big lumber and newsprint producing centers in Ontario. Not anymore. Most of the lumber mills are closed. But I think that one day they will start moving again...
